The venue will include a large marquee for the disco / band etc. There are adequate camping facilities with brick built toilets and showers.The Hop Farm has on site restaurant and will in 2008 have accomodation for future events for those of you that like home comforts.Local petrol is offered by Somerfields 500yds away with an essentials shop attached and LPG fuel. Large supermarkets etc 1 mile away. We will be bringing our scaled slot car drag strip for all the family to race each other on, and have booked various rides for the kids to enjoy. You know the sort, bouncy castle, slide, candyfloss etc.

A cruise on the Saturday, and show and shine on Sunday with quality prizes. This will be the first year our 2 clubs team up as one to offer you a great w/end in the south east, with plenty of room for expansion once you help us make this run a success.

All w/end pre-entries are automatically entered into a free prize draw.
Prizes include a free MOT, in car CD Player, Paint equipment, 2 x tickets on Seafrance both for a car and up to 5 passengers, + more.
We have booked a band for Saturday evening with a view of maybe a second. The disco is also booked for the w/end with late finish times agreed with The Hop Farm. (1am Saturday night).
The cruise is mapped out, with a pub on route and large parking area.
We have several sponsors. Those wanting to sponsor the event will receive advertising at the event / on our website etc, engraving on the trophies for show and shine, and will receive two free Sunday visitor passes. Sponsor form available on the website for download.
Traders welcome. Entry price for traders is £25 for the w/end plus a kind donation towards prize giving / raffle.(Perhaps a voucher for your own stall?)
